Stop the Madness

Sheesh. Now my dvd player crapped out. What's going on here? It's not an expensive one, but it came with the surround sound system blah blah. Well, I go to Bestbuy to pick up a player. Guess what? You can't (according to these folks) just walk in and buy a player that is ready for the surround sound. You have to buy a new system. Son of a building block. (points for who can guess that movie quote). So I find another cheap system, pay $20 for 3yrs of warranty and hook it back up.

I can't win for losing.

Hey, I've been doing some interesting studies on a the largest organized social club in the world. It spans several continents, several hundred years, and recently gained some interest due to a movie released last year. I relate some of this here.

Toy Story...2 I think. I know it was Potato Head. Do I get bonus points for that?

I know what you mean about the madness... I posted last week about my quest for a new cable modem/router - I know my dvd player is next.

I know it's one of the Toy Story shows. I'm thinking when Woodie (in the first one) first realizes that Andy's party is about to happen. I think he says "Son of a building block. Andy's party's today."

To be honest, I'm fed up with dvds and the players. I think it's bad tech and needs to be replaced.

Nope - he says "Pull my string - Andy's party is today?!" I know it's potato head who says son of a building block.. but I can't remember when and we don't have TS2 anymore. The dvd got scratched all 2 pieces.
